We strive daily to grow our products in an environmentally and human-friendly manner.

The harvest -rigorously by hand- takes place during the first hours of the day, when the clusters are at the coolest temperature. That allows us to cut down the energy consumption for cooling the grapes.

We respect the biodiversity that characterizes the harmony of everything that grows and lives here.


All the operations in the vineyard are conducted by hand and with the help of two small tracked tractors -just 3.60 ft wide- that limit soil compaction to a minimum
